Overview

Description

Located 20 minutes south of Saskatoon, Pike Lake Provincial Park is loved for its lush lawns pleasantly shaded by aspen, ash and birch trees. Situated on the South Saskatchewan River, the park offers various recreational opportunities for visitors to enjoy including water activities, playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, golf and a popular outdoor pool with a waterslide. The park's 1.5-km nature trail begins at the interpretive centre and provides a great opportunity to experience the diverse wildlife and ecosystems contained within the park. Pool is open early June to Labour Day.

Reservations can be made up to two camping seasons in advance of your arrival for group camping, recreation halls and picnic shelters. All other camping and activities may only be reserved for the current camping season.

Leaving Saskatoon West via 22nd street, turn left onto SK-7W and continue for approximately 5.2km. Turn left onto SK-60 and continue for 23.1km until you reach the park entry gate.

Leaving Saskatoon South; take the Valley Road exit toward the landfill. Continue onto Valley road for 17.9km. Tuen onto SK-60S and continue for 12.1km until you reach the park entry gate.
